How much does delivery cost?


Free for all Australian orders
$10 for NZ orders
$20 for International orders

Does Unplugged deliver worldwide?

Yes, we will ship all over the world. International delivery is currently a flat rate of $20.
*Bulky items may require an additonal shipping fee. We will quote you on shipping prior to processing your order if the order is above stnadard shipping.

When will my order be sent?

Orders placed by 3pm will be dispatched from that day.

When will my order arrive?

All orders should arrive between 1-2 business day from leaving us depending on your location. International delivery times will vary.

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unworn, unused and with labels intact.
