Returns & Exchanges

We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment is packaged carefully.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

However you can choose between an exchange or a credit note if you require a different size or it is not what you were expecting. If you require a credit note or exchange please contact the store via phone or email as soon as possible as we have limited sizes. You will need to return the goods at your own expense and include a self addressed envelope so we can send the correct item or credit note to you.


FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item please contact us within 5 days of the date of delivery via email at info@unpluggedbyronbay.com

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please contact us via e-mail at info@unpluggedbyronbay.com to request a Returns Authorization number within 7 days of reciving your goods. 
You will then recieve an e-mail  containing your RA number which is valid for the next 7days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us. 

 Items being sent back must be in original condition, must not have been worn, altered or washed and all swing tags must remain in place.

When returning goods please include;

a) your name and Returns Authorisation number on the outside of the parcel

b) the item you are returning

c) All items must be sent back to us via a courier with a tracking number 

  
When we have received your item we will process the credit note  or exchange and you will be notified via email.

No responsibility accepted for items being returned, until they are received at our address.
